Are you really the sister of Shiela (Shydub)? She is advertising your blog at Facebook, that is why I came over here to look over your blog. I think yellow bamboos are Chinese bamboos and they are really colored yellow. Some bamboos become yellow when they mature. It is so hard to climb a bamboo tree as there are so many hard thorns in the tree. When I was young, I could not climb bamboo trees just like my cousins at Bulacan.
