Renting or Selling?
Just a few days ago my parents suggested about selling the old house, the one that I was staying at the moment. My other siblings want to sell this house too since my parents move to the house my bother bought. At first, I was not very happy about it because I don’t want to live in my parent’s new house but I suppose maintaining a house is not that easy. Repairing the broken part of the house needs a lot of money and that I don’t have. But were thinking of having it rented thought but we still need to repair the roof and the rooms because it needs fixing badly.
What would be the best option? Let somebody rent it or just sell the house? What do you think? ?????
